We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, both advertisers and
candidates. We want to provide a safe, secure user experience to all users of
our site and we will use our best efforts to ensure that all information submitted
remains private, and is used only for the purpose intended. Please take some time
to review the relevant sections of our policy outlined below. By virtue of their
using the website, or any part of it, users are deemed to have accepted this privacy
policy.
Exclusion
Users may visit our sites without providing any information to us at all, and
in this case no information is collected on these users.
Definitions
Our privacy policy covers Advertisers, Employers, Recruitment Agencies who advertise
vacancies on our sites (Advertisers), and Job Seekers using the site to
secure employment, (Candidates)

information submitted by Advertisers and Candidates remains private, and is used
only for the purposes intended.
Advertiser and Candidates Personal Information
Advertisers and Candidates as part of the process of using our web sites, may provide both company details and personal information, either online or directly to us via letter or Fax as part of the advertising account setup or registration. In addition, users who log onto the relevant sections of our websites may result in additional information being added to our database. As part of the site monitoring process, we also gather information, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access the most. We only use such data in refining and further developing our services, in order to provide both Advertisers and Candidates with additional services and features, and to continuously update our technology. We also use this information to update all users on new services, improvements or features as these are added, and to make users aware of special offers and competitions. Such information will not be given to or shared with any other organisation for any purpose, and we hereby undertake to keep all such information totally confidential.
Specific Information
Where we may need more specific information from users, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, type of computer, etc, this information is not revealed this information to any third parties. We may use that information ourselves purely to make you aware of additional products and services which may be of interest to you, or to contact you regarding site changes.
General Information Disclosure
We do not disclose information about your individual visits to any of our sites, or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, etc., to any outside parties
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information, basically an ID, sent by a web server to a users computer. They are not programs or malicious, and are user solely to track a particular user and for example to keep track of the jobs in that users Hot Job List. They are set to expire (delete) automatically from a user's computer when they leave an IRL site. For this reason, and for some features to work correctly, you should have cookies enabled on your machine. Our site is designed to prevent third parties other than registered recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals. However, we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the aforementioned and paying for the service, evades security measures and gains access to the database, and, subsequently, your CV. You may remove your CV from our searchable database at any time. However, recruiters who have paid for access to the database may have retained a copy of your CV in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of CV in these instances. As no online data source can be regarded as 100% safe and secure from attack, IRLL is not liable in the event of information being secured from our sites by illegal or other means
Feedback
All IRLL recruitment sites have areas on the site where you can submit feedback via online forms. Any feedback that is submitted through this area becomes the property of IRLL. We may use this feedback, such as success stories, for marketing purposes, or to contact you for further feedback on the site. Data from forms other than the credit card payment form is unencrypted. IRLL is not liable in the event of information being secured from these forms, during transmission or otherwise, by illegal or other means
Privacy Commitment
IRLL reserves the sole right to vary our Privacy Policy at any time. We advise all users who may have concerns with regard to privacy to check our policy for changes, or if you have any specific queries, our support staff will be pleased to advise or clarify.
