Job Description Founded in 2004, Our Client is one of the premiere performance-based marketing companies focused on the European market. Their Headquarters are in Dublin and operating offices in Barcelona, they truly are focused on the European market. We are looking for a Traffic Management specialist with Dutch & French. Main responsabilites: - Establish, maintain and grow relationships with advertisers, online ad networks, etc.; on the Dutch & French market - Negotiate and sale the available traffic; - Manage, coordinate and optimize campaigns; - Meet and exceed monthly targets and where necessary change tactics and approaches to ensure results; - Ensure a constant vigilance to evaluate program performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or discontinuation. - Be the point of contact for your country, make it evolve and be involved in the whole process (from creating the targettings to checking on the profitability and making sure the payments from the sold traffic are made on time) Position Requirements - Data driven and results oriented - Knowledge and understanding of the online advertising - Detail oriented and precise, self-motivated and able to work independently. - Must have negotiation skills - Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance target-driven environment- - 2 years at least of professional experiences - Speaking Dutch & French and English.
