Job Description Dutch and French speaking Sales rep €22,494 + €4000 Bonus Your role would be to Support “In Country” Sales Teams in their objective to achieve incremental Revenue growth and improved overall Sales Productivity and New Account Penetration. Responsebilities 1. Deliver on Revenue target and achieve Key Performance Indicators 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with In Country Sales teams 3. Design and manage outbound calling sales initiatives 4. Initiation of the sales cycle, cold calling and opportunity discovery 5. Building and managing sales pipeline, from creation to deal closing 6. Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts Educational Background: * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably on a Businesses related discipline Professional Experience: * Proven successful track record in a target driven outbound sales focused environment * Proven successful track record in new business development with the ability to recognise new business opportunities * Experience in negotiating with prospective customers and all levels Knowledge: * Recognized Sales methodology and consultative selling techniques preferable * Car rental and/or travel and tourism industry knowledge * Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications * Fluency in English, Dutch and French Skills: * Strong Consultative Selling Skills, ability to understand customer needs and requirements * Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills in English and market language * Excellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritise * Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment * Ability to work under pressure * Good Team Player with ability to build and maintain
