Job Description Swedish Online Advertising Sales for Social Networking Site.. excellent Salary, Benefits and Relocation Our client, the worlds leading social networking site, is looking for a Inside sales Associate to sell their online advertising solutions to Nordic online advertisers. You will work out of their state of the art HQ offices in Dublin city centre and enjoy some of the best facilities, benefits and working conditions available. Suitable candidates will have an in depth knowledge of the online industry and desire to work in a digital environment. Responsibilities * Build relationships through telephone calls with key decision makers from agreed client list which our client currently has little or no relationship with * Your key role will be to convince these clients to advertise with the company through telephone and emailed proposals * Upsell existing self service customers * Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising * Assist in creating persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and company network solutions * Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients * Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service * Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work * Reporting into the head of Inside Sales * The success of this role will be based against exceeding sales, pricing and yield goals Requirements * 3-5years of Media Sales experience Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English * Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies * Proven track record of reaching and exceeding media/advertising sales revenue goals * Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus * Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment * Understand user behaviour and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms * Excellent communication skills – both written and oral * Ability to get things done in challenging start up environment * Great team player
