With more than 3,000 staff, offices in more than 50 countries, annual revenues surpassing $500 million. This client is embarking upon an exciting phase of growth and development, and as a result we are currently recruiting 2 Campaign Managers. You will work from strategies and objectives defined by the Global Marketing teams. You will plan, project manage, and execute campaigns designed to generate high quality sales leads. Responsibilities • To project manage campaign delivery plans that reflect key strategies, and determine the structure and tactics of each campaign. • Localisation of global campaigns to fit with local regional marketing requirements • Projecting plans that clearly identify the resources and timelines needed to execute all campaign activities • Timely and efficient execution of the campaign project plan • Metrics and analyses generated by campaigns • Budget management of campaigns, including accurate reports on spending to date, and spending committed, at the campaign level • Providing lead generation data and analysis on campaign results • Understanding and executing activities that may include any or all of email marketing, postal mail, online and face-to-face seminars and events, online advertising, telemarketing, and search engine marketing • Interacting frequently with SAP and other systems as needed for campaign planning and data gathering purposes • Developing weekly, monthly and quarterly lead and opportunity reporting by campaign, and by marketing mix, including click through rates, web traffic, conversion rates, email performance • Leading search engine strategies and campaigns, including both paid-search and search engine optimisation, in conjunction with Marketing Offerings teams Requirements • Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience • Marketing project management experience essential • At least 3 years experience in marketing campaign management in an Enterprise Software or a Software to Service business • Must demonstrate solid experience in Lead Generation and Online Marketing • Excellent communication skills • Able to deliver against stretching revenue targets, a result of strong campaigns and excellence in delivery • Highly proactive, creative and able to bring solutions and new ideas to the business • Dynamic and driven, highly professional at all times • English fluency is essential, other languages considered an advantage
