The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for providing professional in-house support for predominantly installed base business sales in Regional Accounts. Focusing on sales programs, cross-sell and qualification process, the position supports a sales team assigned to Regions and Industries.
Responsibilities:
• Use telephone/email contact to provide primarily pre and some post sales support to Regional Account Managers
• Focus on upfront qualification of opportunities in the sales pipeline at the business level
• Efficiently manage a prospect through the sales process cycle in partnership with Regional Account Managers
• Support targeted territory and account penetration programs
• To ensure sales reps have up-to-date and accurate sales data to effectively manage their territories
• Provide administrative support, as appropriate
• Guide signed contracts through finance, account services and other necessary groups to closure
Skills Required
• Graduate level education, preferably Engineering or Architecture
• High energy, enthusiastic & motivated individuals
• Experience in dealing and communicating with Accounts both on a verbal and written basis
• Excellent networking and communication skills with a passion for hitting targets
• Proven track record in up front qualification of opportunities
• Experience in qualification of multi-tiered prospect profile
• Demonstrated business professionalism dealing effectively with people at all levels in and outside the company
• Ability to understand both the business problem and underlying technology
• Fluency in English and German required
