Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate administration of monthly Incentives for over 200 sales colleagues in EMEA
• To design, implement and administrate compensation plans for sales colleagues
• To validate and process requests for adjustments
• Responsible for the Territory Management in the CRM system.
• To interact with sales leadership, HR< Finance, and back office

Skills Required

• Educated to Master Degree level in Business Administration or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex calculations to Quota Carriers and Sales Leadership
• Exceptional analytical skills, ability to operate large amounts of data with excellent reporting skills
• Ability to feed into the larger EMEA team, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Fluency in English is essential - additional EU languages an advantage
• Some travel and occasional overtime might be required
