The Role • Build your own business within a fully supported environment to include marketing materials, mentoring and on going training • Utilise your network and already established contacts to generate referrals and meet with people to provide financial advice and offer bespoke solutions in the area of Protection, Pensions, Savings and Investments • Conducting in-depth reviews of client’s financial circumstances, developing opportunities to present your bespoke solutions and products • Work from an office provided to you, with no overheads, in a team environment whilst building your business • Designing financial strategies and assist clients in making the right choice in a solutions focused sales approach • Assisting clients to make informed decisions work with the freedom and flexibility to determine their own destiny What will help you to be successful? • Entrepreneurial spirit, driven to succeed • A real “people person”, able to build relationships with existing and new contacts • A sales background would also be a huge benefit, as well as extensive social and/or business networks • Strong influencing skills with the ability to focus on the client’s needs • Highly motivated individual, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging / dynamic work environment • Previous financial services/sales experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided • QFA qualified or part/qualified would be an advantage • If no qualifications then commitment and willingness to achieve QFA qualification within 3 years is required • Full clean driving license
