Job Profile

This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated, sales professionals to join a dynamic and progressive organisation, which is a global brand with a strong presence in the Irish market. You will play a key role in your local county and surrounds. Full training will be provided and earning potential is extremely high.

Key Responsibilities
• Attend training to learn the skills required to be successful in the role
• Identify key towns within your region where this brand would be suitable, working within the SME sector
• Develop a network of local businesses, selling the opportunity and giving group presentations on a weekly basis
• Generate leads and new contacts through excellent customer service and expert delivery
• Develop expert knowledge of the brand, explaining the key benefits
• Work to sales targets set by the Management team
• Demonstrate the highest level of communication skills
• You will also be required to demonstrate and use effective influencing skills, presentation skills & networking skills to be successful in this high profile role

Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience at a senior level, ideally business to business
• You must be able to work with processes and systems, there is a rigid structure to the material you will learn and the product you will be presenting and selling
• Any previous voluntary work, community work or charity based activities would be considered a significant advantage
• Commercially focused, with a very high level of customer service
• A proven track record of achievement in new business development
• Proven ability to build relationships, high level of professionalism
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally at all levels
• Computer literacy essential, excellent organisational skills required
• Must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results-driven
• Determination and commitment, self-motivated
• Entrepreneurial flair, you will need to be driven and committed to maximising your income and the performance of your locality
• A can do attitude with high income aspiration
• Target driven, with excellent presentation and influencing skills
• Fluency in English is essential
• Excellent time management, with the ability to plan and organise effectively
